Position:   Server

Description:

• Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Serves alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.
• Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly
manner.
• Does side work during non-busy hours.
• Speaks to guests with enthusiasm at all times.
• Develops relationships with guests.
• Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.
• Identifies food orders when ready and delivers items to tables in a timely manner.
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Communicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
• Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.
• Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Performs duties as assigned.
• Maintains full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information.
• Constantly increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
• Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at Mulligans.
• Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
• Prepares work area for either opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company
standards.
• Punches clock in full uniform, ready to work, and no earlier than five minutes prior to shift.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
• Must be able to purchase a collared employee shirt upon hiring.
• Passion for Fun, live entertainment, and atmosphere.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule.

Position:  Line Cook

Basic Functions:
A line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other
areas of the kitchen.


Essential Functions:
1. Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
2. Prepares all food items ads directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
3. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. 4. Restocks all
items as needed throughout shift.
5. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
6. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
7. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
8. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen
Manager at any time.


Qualifications

Knowledge
1. Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
2. Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
3. Previous prep or line cook experience.
Skills/Aptitudes
1. English language and professional communications skills are required.
2. Ability to take direction.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
5. Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
6. Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.

Working Conditions
1. This position will spend 100% of the time standing.
2. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
3. The individual must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.
4. Must be able speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
5. Must be able to hear with 100% accuracy with correction.
6. Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction.
